Move In/Out Policy
A reminder to all our REALTORS® to ask their client/owner for the move in/out policy when listing for sale or rent a condo. Many buildings do have a policy, which might include a fee to cover potential damage, which will be returned after the move. Also, many buildings require movers to use certain entrances, and to have the elevators padded - this is arranged through the management companies, or janitors. If their owner/client is not clear about the rules, then check with the management company.
