Residential and Rental input sheets have been updated.
EDIT
AGENT ROSTER INFORMATION – Agents will
only be able to modify their email address (with broker’s
permission) and Agent Full Name field in Tempo system.
All other roster changes will now be accessed through
Broker/Agent Services (IMS) located by clicking the
link on www.mapmls.com. This would be items such as agent
web page, agent phone, etc.
MAP now has a CMA report for Deeded Parking.
The Available Reports/Function buttons have been added
to the top of the Search Results screen as well as remaining
on the bottom of the Results screen.
Two new reports are available in the system –
the Area Market Survey and the Market Statistics Report.
Both of those can be found in the Available Reports
box and are useful when completing a CMA.
Tax ID labels have been deleted for rental property
per agents request.
