Pocket Real Estate

As you may be aware, Wireless Wisdom has recently terminated their Mobile Realty service to MLSNI subscribers on March 1, 2004.

MLSNI has recently purchased a site license of all Pocket Real Estate products and you can continue to get wireless access to your MLSNI listings using Pocket Real EstateTM Wireless!

Pocket Real Estate Wireless provides wireless MLS service available on virtually any wireless internet-capable handheld computer or mobile phone, providing MLS access anytime and anywhere! With Pocket Real Estate Wireless, the MLS data is retrieved in real-time, always getting you the latest MLS information. Pocket Real Estate Wireless allows you to access your full MLS database including Active, Pending, and Sold properties for Residential, Multi-Family, Acreage, and Lots.

Simply point your wireless browser to http://prewireless.com and login using:
License ID: = 127516
Password: = 81736
MLS Agent ID: = (your MLSNI login)
MLS Password: = (your MLSNI password)

PC Access

10-24-01 - Attention PC Access Users:

The following procedure will update your PC Access with the latest Logon Script File. Using this file will greatly reduce the number of connect failures and/or disconnects. Please be aware that you may, on occasion, experience connect failures or disconnects.

If you are an experienced PC user and feel that you do not need detailed instructions, follow the procedure labeled "For Experienced Users." If you would like detailed instructions go to the procedure labeled "Detailed Instructions."

For Experienced Users
1.. Go to address http://www.mlsni.com/
2.. Click on the link MLSNI Members Only and log on to the Agent Desktop.
3.. Down load the PC Access Script Update file.
4.. Unzip the PC Access Script Update file.
5.. Run setup.
6.. Check PC Access setup and ensure that the Log on Script file reads MLSNI.SCR.

Detailed Instructions
1.. Log on to the Internet.
2.. Go to address www.mlsni.com
3.. On the left side, click on the link "MLSNI Members Only."
4.. Enter your agent ID and password.
5.. Click on "Click Here To Login."
6.. On the next window click on the link "PC Access Script Update." The "File Download" dialog box will display.
7.. Select "Save this program to disk."
8.. Click "OK." You will get the "Save As" dialog box.
9.. If Desktop is in the "Save in" box, go to step 12, other wise continue with the step 10.
10.. Click on the arrow that's pointing down located on the right side of the "Save in" box. A drop down list will appear.
11.. Click on Desktop. Desktop will appear in the "Save in" box.
12.. Click "Save."
13.. After the file has been downloaded, the Download complete window will display. Click "Open."
14.. You will get a message stating "This file will update your PC Access." Click "OK."
15.. The "WinZip Self-Extractor - PC Access Script Update.exe" window will display.
16.. If "c:\windows\desktop" is in the "Unzip to folder:" window go to step 20 otherwise continue with step 17.
17.. Click "Browse."
18.. Click "Desktop."
19.. Click "OK."
20.. Click "Unzip."
21.. You will be a message stating "3 file(s) have been unzipped successfully."
22.. Click "OK."
23.. Click "Close." You can now exit the Agent Desktop
24.. You should see three new ICONs on your desktop.
25.. Double Click the one named "Setup." (NOTE: The ICON will look like a gear on a sheet of paper)
26.. You will see a black DOS window with the statement "1 file(s) copied."
27.. Click the "X" in the upper right corner to close the DOS window.
28.. Start PC Access.
29.. On the "Main Menu" Screen Click on "Setup." The "Setup Assistant" window will display.
30.. Click on "Advanced." The "Advanced Menu" will display.
31.. Click on "MLS Setup." The "MLS Setup" dialog will display.
32.. Click on the top "Pick" button located to the right of the "Login Script File" box (Second Box Down). The "Open" dialog box will display.
33.. In the large window on the left side, Click on the file "mlsni.scr."
34.. Click "OK." The "Open" dialog box will close and the "MLS Setup" Dialog box will display.
35.. Click "OK." The "MLS Setup" Dialog box" will close and the "Advanced Setup" Menu will display.
36.. Click "Close."
37.. Congratulations you are now ready use PC Access.
