PC Access Setup

1. Starting at this screen:

 

 

2. Click on Setup Menu

 

3. The next screen will be:

 

 

4. Click on Advanced.

 

5. The next screen will be:

 

 

6. Click on MLS Setup.

 

7. The next screen will be:

 

 

8. A  Insert the above settings. You MUST have these exact settings to access the MLS.

 

8. B   For  “Login Script File”. Click on Pick button. The following screen will appear:

 

 

 

 

 

8. C  Highlight “mlsni.scr”. Click OK

 

9. The next screen will still be the following screen :

 

 

10. Remember: You MUST have these exact settings to access the MLS.

 

11. Click on the Tab TCP/IP at the top of this window

 

12. The next screen will be:

 

 

13. Insert the above settings. You MUST have these exact settings to access the MLS.

 

14. When the settings are correct, click on OK.

 

15. The next screen will be:

 

 

 

16. Click on Internet.

 

17. The next screen will be:

 

 

 

18. You must have a DOT in front of Use LAN to Access the Internet.

      (It makes no difference what you have in Dial-up Connection, that information will not be used.)

 

19. When the settings are correct, click on OK.

 

20. The next screen will be:

 

 

21. Click on Agents.

22. Insert the above information using your Name, MLS ID number, and MLS Password.

      PC Access Password should be BLANK

 

23. When the settings are correct, click on OK.

 

24. The next screen will be:

 

 

25. Click on Printer(s).

 

26 A. If you have already selected a Printer, the next screen will be:

 

 

         Click Close and go directly to step 42.

 

26 B. If no Printer has been installed, the next screen will be:

 

 

27. Click: Add

 

28. The next Screen will be:

 

 

29. Type in a Printer Name:

 

30. Click on the Drop Down arrow

31. The following screen will appear:

 

 

32. Using the drop down arrow, Click on a Printer:

 

33. The following Screen will appear

 

 

34. Click on Test.

 

35.If a test page prints, Click on OK.

 

36. The following screen will appear:

 

 

37. Click on Set

 

38. The following screen will appear:

 

 

39. Click on OK:

 

40. The following screen will appear:

 

 

41. Click on Close

 

42. The next screen will be:

 

 

43. Click on Close

 

44. The next screen will be:

 

 

 

45. Your Setup is complete.

 

46. NOTE: You must log-on to your Internet Service Provider

                           (ie: AOL, ATT, Earthlink, etc.) before Calling the MLS
