If, at the time of inventory a key is unaccounted for, or if a key holder refuses or is unable to demonstrate that the key is within the key holder’s physical control, the key will be considered unaccounted for and the holder issued a fine of $250.  The fine is $5,000 if the pin code is found with (attached to or in the same holder as) the Supra Display Key.
