INTER-REGIONAL TRANSFER POLICY

∞ Issuance Fee (Keyholder Lease Agreement – 3b, page 2) will be waived for agents transferring inter-regionally.

∞ Prior to transfer, agent must return current DisplayKEY or eKEY to originating board.

∞ Originating board completes Cancellation/Agent Transfer form which must include the following information:

∞ Current DisplayKEY Users:

۰ Date original key was issued to agent.

∞ Current eKEY Users:

۰ Date original key was issued to agent.

۰ Number of monthly debited System Fee payments made to date by agent

∞ Agent must take copy of the Cancellation/Agent Transfer form to their new board and complete a new Keyholder Lease Agreement.

∞ DisplayKEY Users:

۰ Agent will be issued a DisplayKEY by new board.

۰ No additional DisplayKEY System Fee will be charged.

∞ eKEY Users:

۰ Agent will be issued an eKEY by new board.

۰ Agent will be debited new board’s monthly eKEY system Fee with next debit due and thereafter until agent has paid the eKEY Shell 12 monthly payment minimum requirements (including payments made under originating board lease).

∞ Original copy of Cancellation/Agent Transfer form must be attached to paperwork from new board and forwarded on a weekly basis to: Supra Billing Department.

∞ However, if the next debit or annual System Fee due date is scheduled to occur within 10 days of agent’s transfer, copies of the paperwork must also be faxed to: Supra Billing Department, (503) 375-6420.

NOTE: This would only apply to DisplayKEY users that are on a Keyholder Lease with SUPRA at the time of cancellation because they have already paid the annual fee to Supra once. If a Keyholder at NSBAR turns in their key and goes to a board that issues DisplayKEYS on a Supra Keyholder Lease, then they would have to pay the annual fee (or pro-rated portion thereof).
