Sue Miller

Sue Miller is passionate about real estate.  Licensed for over 30 years in Illinois and Wisconsin, Sue loves to list and sell, manage, teach and lead. Sue began her career rehabbing homes in the 80’s, got licensed and never looked back.  Quickly, her brokers took notice of her ability to multi-task, teach and train all while maintaining a healthy sales volume.  Sue has always been very active with the REALTOR family, serving her local Associations on every committee, and serving as Local President for Heartland REALTOR Organization in Northern Illinois twice and once for Lakes Area REALTORS Association in Wisconsin. Sue is also a pre-license and continuing education instructor.  Education is important to Sue, she has obtained twelve designations and certifications: ABR, AHWD, BPOR, C2EX, CRB, CRS, ePRO, GRI, LTG, PMN, SFR and SRS. “Learn something everyday” is one of Sue’s mottos. One of Sue’s passion projects is the Illinois Real Estate Education Foundation, where she has served as a Director and President. Sue has served on several NAR Committees and is an NAR Director.  Sue has recently been selected as First Vice President of REBI for 2022 – Real Estate Business Institute, NAR’s Education Arm. As a major investor and Hall of Fame member, RPAC and advocacy is a way of life, and a message always worth sharing.  Currently, Sue is Managing Broker at Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group in McHenry Illinois, where she lists, sells, teaches, trains, manages, leads and is a community activist (currently the only Alderwoman in McHenry).   Sue was awarded the Illinois REALTORS Distinguished Service Award in 2013 and was the statewide Illinois REATOR of the YEAR in 2017. Sue received TWO Presidential medallions for her service in 2019. Sue has served in many capacities at Illinois REALTORS, was our fearless 2021 President, and continues to serve on the executive committee, please welcome, Sue Miller.
