Important Things to Know Before You Go!
- NOTE: Although there's NO CHARGE to attend the events — (or for meals, refreshments or for provided transportation) — Members that cancel their reservation after April 10th (or do not show up on April 14) will be assessed a $75 “No Show” cancellation fee.
The special "pre-conference session and breakfast indicated on the IR registration form is slated to start at 8:30 - 9:30 AM in Springfield on April 14 — so if you are interested in attending this event in particular, you must provide your own transportation and make your own hotel accommodations in Springfield for the night before.
