History
Prior to founding AW Properties Global, Ms. Peterson co-founded AuctionWorks, an online auction marketplace for the sale of real estate and personal property. In 2019, she bought out her business partners interests in AuctionWorks and expanded the company, rebranding it as AW Properties Global (making AuctionWorks a division of AW Properties Global).
Ms. Peterson built the auction platform for AuctionWorks utilizing her past experience at Auctions by ATG—an online auction company she was hired to build and run as its Executive Vice President. Prior to Auctions by ATG, Peterson was the founder and President of PMD Realty, LLC, the first online, flat fee MLS listing service for the sale of real estate in Illinois which dominated that market for many years.
